3. You have the benefit of our initial 30 day money-back trial. If for any reason you are not satisfied with the MainStreet MD CareAlert system during your first 30 days of service you simply return the MainStreet MD CareAlert and receive a full refund.

4. Your MainStreet MD CareAlert comes with a system repair/replacement service for as long as you stay with us. We will replace all parts at no charge to you as long as your system is used as intended.

5. Only the information that you have provided. They will need access to such information as:
- Your address
- Medical response agencies
- Your contact list
With the information you provide, MainStreet MD is able to contact the appropriate people in a timely fashion and give them the pertinent information. This is especially critical in an emergency when every second counts.

6. No. MainStreet MD CareAlert has no affect on your phone service. It only uses the phone line to dial when there is an emergency and briefly for its weekly check-in. These calls will not appear on your bill.

7. Don't worry if you accidentally press the button. You can either press the Clear button on your MainStreet MD CareAlert console or wait for a Care Specialist to come on the line and let them know you set the system off by mistake.

8. No. You simply pay one monitoring fee plus an additional $3.99 per month for the extra help button.

12. Simply place your order online or call us at 1-800-593-8472. We will send your MainStreet MD CareAlert medical alert system to you using shipping services by UPS. All orders placed prior to 12PM EST will be shipped the same day and based on your location you will receive it in 1 - 5 business days.
